The size of building amounts 24 floors. The complex contains underground parking for 253 cars. One can reach parking by just taking an elevator.

For the project the customer chose Peikko's HPKM^®, HPM^® Bolted connections, and PVL^®.  As for the design decision of the building it was the best solution.
