The future of Vilnius modern architecture will be worth over 69 million euros. Business center and commercial spaces project ''ARTERY" is due to wrap by the end of 2023.

The architecture of the project is innovative. Idea and all visual plans were created by famous USA architect Daniel Libeskind together with Lithuania company ''Archinova” team. The building will have three housings.

All of them will have underground garages with 28 electric car chargers. There will be a 25 meters atrium inside the building. The main building will have 20 floors, another two  will have 7 floors. The building will be an A+ energy class.

On-site construction will be based on BREEAM New Construction standards. The building will receive a BREEAM Excellent rating.  According to”Peikko Lietuva” senior structural engineer Vytautas Cvirka, unique architecture of a project has determined high chalanges while working on its‘ structural solutions’’On the one hand, reinforced cast-in-situ frame building steel roof structures is a common solution in construction.

On the other hand, in order to fulfill the architectural vision of the project, these solutions, which are well known to us, became more complicated. We had to choose reinforced cast-in-situ walls with steel sheets, composite steel-concrete columns, prestressed concrete slabs”.

Construction design and calculations were produced by Peikko engineers.
