The monumental building has been transformed to workspaces, a car park for 225 cars and leisure facilities. On top of this building, 212 loft apartments were built on a steel frame which is integrated in the old concrete structure.
Peikko delivered 2,200 meters of DELTABEAM® with integrated fireproofing of 60 and 120 minutes for this project.
The apartments are located at the harbor with an awesome view of Rotterdam’s skyline. Peikko’s DELTABEAM® was also used as a slim floor structure for the parking and the ramps.
